Product Care

We recommend customers to check on the product's material and refer to our general guidelines in handling each of the products you bought from us.

Below are the general guidelines for most of our offerings:

1. Scarves

Recommended to hand wash and line dry.
For makeup or oil stains, spot treat with a stain remover.
Steam iron or dry iron on low heat.

2. Laces / Beaded / Handwork Abaya (All colours)

Dry clean only. Please note some of these fabrics are delicate so please be careful against rough surfaces and snagging.
Handle with gentle care

3. Plain / Rhinestones Abaya (Dark colours)

Rinse the abaya alone in clean water for few seconds.
Do not use detergent.
Do not bleach.
Hang dry / let the clothes dry. (Do not wring out clothes)
Handle with gentle care.
Steam Iron is recommended. Iron on low temperature.

4. Plain / Rhinestones Abaya (Light colours)

Dry clean only. Please note some of these fabrics are delicate so please be careful against rough surfaces and snagging.
Handle with gentle care.

5. Handbags

Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
Handle it with care and avoid overstuffing while in use.
When not in use, stuff it with sufficient fillers to preserve its shape and keep it in the provided dust bag in a cool, dry place.
Please note these detailing / features are delicate so please be careful against rough surfaces and snagging.

6. Socks

Machine-wash under a gentle cycle in a laundry mesh bag. Hang to dry. Do not tumble dry.
Do not bleach.

7. Digital Tasbih

Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotion, hair spray or other substances that might cause damage.
If contact occurs, wipe it off immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

Important Notes:

All of our abaya comes originally from UAE and you may experiencing some rhinestones will fall down (5% - 10%) due to they just glued the rhinestones using their machine.

Tips:

Ironing the abaya can help to diminish crease marks and pull threads for a more refined look.
