SAME / NEXT DAY DELIVERY

• Available for Klang Valley only.
• Delivery Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 4 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM
  • Sunday: CLOSED
• Choose Same Day Delivery option: Cut-off time is 4 PM (Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next day. For Saturday deliveries, cut-off time is 1 PM)
• No refunds will be issued if:
  • Customer is unavailable at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery time.
  • Package goes missing.
  • Delivery details are not within Klang Valley area.

DELIVERY PERIOD

• Peninsular Malaysia: 3 to 5 working days (excluding processing time).
• Sabah and Sarawak: 7 to 10 working days (excluding processing time).
• International deliveries: 10 to 14 working days (excluding processing time).
  *Please note that delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and other factors.

Orders placed after 9 AM will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a notification email with your order tracking details once the item is dispatched.

CUSTOMS TAX & IMPORT CHARGES

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with their country's import regulations. These charges vary widely from country to country; therefore, we are unable to provide specific cost estimates.

Please be aware that FUSTAANN has no control over any import duty taxes imposed by international customs authorities. Customers are solely responsible for these charges, and FUSTAANN cannot reimburse them under any circumstances.
