We are excited to announce the launch of our very first Fustaann Flagship store in Kuala Lumpur! To ensure a comfortable and exclusive shopping experience, we are offering walk-ins via online booking only. Please take note of the following guidelines to make your visit smooth and enjoyable:

Arrival Time: We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.

Appointment Slot: Your appointment is strictly limited to 40 minutes. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this time if you arrive late, as we must adhere to the scheduled timings without compromise.

Parking: Parking spaces are very limited—please plan accordingly. We highly recommend taking Grab for a smoother experience!
- Slot: Each email account/user can bring up to 3 pax. If you wish to bring more than that, kindly add 2 bookings to your cart or use a different email account/user to make an additional booking.
