ORDER PROCESSING

At FUSTAANN, we process orders daily from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and rest days.

During busy periods such as new collection launches, restocks, or sale seasons, order processing and shipping may take a little longer than usual due to the high volume of orders. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times


SHIPPING INFORMATION AND ORDER DETAILS

To ensure your order reaches you smoothly, we kindly encourage you to double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. Please make sure all required information is filled in correctly, especially your full name, contact number, email address, and complete shipping address.

FUSTAANN will not be responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes as we begin processing it right away to get it to you as quickly as possible

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please note that tracking updates may take up to the next working day to appear, depending on the courier’s system.
