- Customer purchased their chosen size on website, but when arrived, the size is not suitable for their body measurement.
This is because we have already provided an accurate size chart on our website so when customer made a purchase, they have agreed to the size of the abaya.

- When parcel arrived, suddenly the colour/design of the abaya that customer purchased doesn't match customers expectation.
As we have provided a disclaimer on our website: DISCLAIMER: Actual colour may vary due to lighting and differences in monitors.

- If a customer wish to return the free shawl that comes with the abaya due to its material or etc. as we have mentioned in our website:
Free Shayla (colour) is subject to material availability and could differ due to material unavailability/lighting/screen settings.)
