  • Rest Of The World: DHL Express

  • Available for Klang Valley only.
  • Delivery Hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 9AM to 4PM
    • Saturday: 9AM to 1PM
    • Sunday: CLOSED
(Orders placed after 4PM will be processed the next day. For Saturday deliveries, cut-off time is 1PM)
  • No refunds will be issued if:
    • Customer is unavailable at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery time.
    • Package goes missing.
    • Delivery details are not within Klang Valley area.

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3 to 5 working days
  • Sabah and Sarawak: 7 to 10 working days
  • International deliveries: 10 to 14 working days

You will receive an e-mail with the delivery status once your order is processed. You might want to check your junk mail just in case you are unable to locate it.
